We pack every order with care. We currently ship within the United States only; details below.
At this time we ship only to addresses in the United States. If we expand to additional regions, available destinations will be shown at checkout and this policy will be updated.
Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before they ship. During peak seasons or for made-to-order items, processing may take longer; any notable delay will be communicated where possible.
We ship to valid street addresses in the United States (including where supported: PO boxes, APO/FPO when the carrier allows). Carriers and service levels are shown at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your package ships, when available from the carrier.
International shipping is not available at this time. When we open to other countries, delivery options, duties, and timelines will be shown at checkout and reflected here.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and service level. Any free shipping promotions will be applied automatically when eligible and shown in the cart or checkout summary.
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other events outside our control may affect arrival times.
Domestic US orders do not require international customs clearance. If we begin shipping outside the United States, any duties or import taxes will be described at checkout and in an updated version of this policy.
When your order ships, we provide tracking details where the carrier supports it. You can use that information to follow your package. If tracking does not update, allow a short period for the carrier to scan the shipment.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us with your order number. We will help coordinate with the carrier. Resolution may depend on carrier investigation timelines and policies.
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error immediately, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot always change the address once the order has shipped. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping fees to resend.
