We want you to love your SioDha pieces. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, unless a longer period is required by applicable law in your region. The return window starts on the date the carrier records delivery to the address you provided.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached (where applicable) and original packaging when reasonable. Items must not show signs of wear, odor, or damage caused after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to replace the item, offer a repair where appropriate, or issue a refund, in line with applicable consumer law.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Where inventory allows, we may offer an exchange for a different size or color. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same condition requirements as returns. Contact support to arrange an exchange before sending items back, unless our returns portal instructs otherwise.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs may be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of postage until your return is confirmed received.
SioDha pieces are handmade. Natural variations in weave, dye, texture, or finish are part of the craft and are not considered defects unless they materially affect the use or durability of the product as described.
